I have been a patient for over 30 years. The staff all treat me well. It is easy to make an appointment and twice each day an emergency appointment can be made. When seeing the doctors they take time to listen to my problems and deal with them appropriately. They do not rush me out the door. A repeat prescription can be ordered via an email which is easy.

Me and my family like the doctors and their kindness.They think hard on what they should do to help us. They always give the right medicine to get us better. They love to take time to make our sickness better, .... that is why we like the doctors. How the GP can improve is that the appointments should be on time, like when we get the time for the appointment that time can be the certain time.
We really love this GP and we love the doctors and there hard work.

If and when I need to see a doctor I can normally arrange an appointment that day. But the system of telephoning through an 0844 number can be slow and expensive.
